Why this programme?
As managers or individuals, we’re expected to be leaders within our organization or team. But our first challenge is to develop leadership skills in ourselves, self-leadership.
Only then will we be in a position to lead others in a productive and meaningful way.
Fortunately, there are basic skills and attitudes that can help us. Our Leadership Skills programme covers those elements required for any of us to be a truly effective leader.
Then it looks at the team environment, how we interact with others. It looks at ways in which we can effectively share our vision and values with others. This amazing programme can dramatically lift and improve the performance of those around us.
How we run the workshops
Like all our courses, Leadership Skills is presented in a stress-free way. The workshops are highly interactive. We use accelerated learning techniques to implant the key ideas - quickly, easily.
- Day 1 -we explore what it means to be an effective leader. We look at managing ourselves, personal leadership. We examine our vision, our goals, and performance standards. Then we look at developing our own personal path for self improvement.
- Day 2 -we focus on getting the best from your team. Identifying strengths and weaknesses. How to build on those strengths. Is your team really communicating? We look at how an organisation’s culture influences behaviour. And we show how you can lead and lift team performance through times of upheaval and change.
These workshops are practical. They are designed to meet your specific needs and connect with the realities of your work-a-day world.
